This is a fully remote opportunity with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. What You’ll Do Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Confidently present and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a robust sales pipeline. Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close with consistency. Build long-term relationships through follow-up and outstanding service. What You’ll Bring Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required). A sales-first mindset — competitive, energetic, and driven by performance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage remote productivity.
