  • Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development
  • Develop SMART Learning Objectives
  • Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training, decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)
  • Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
  • Provides support to facilitate answer validation sessions, ensuring assessments are well-aligned and defensible.
  • Review training content created by other team members
  • Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling

Required skills/Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media.
  • Experience using Articulate to create training content
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.
  • Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate Storyline 360, Evolve, Google slides for course development.
  • Strong QA/QC skills

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with technical topics or environments (e.g. computers, programming, networking, front-end development, etc.).
  • Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS
  • Video editing such as Premier, Final cut, Camtasia, etc.
  • Experience in corporate education
  • (L4) Learning Management System - Cornerstone
  • (L4) SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics
  • Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Buganizer
