As a Shipping Operations Representative, you will monitor, track and update U-Box shipments to international destinations in our Transportation Management System and internal systems while coordinating with both US/CAN U-Haul locations and carrier representatives. This position is great for you if you are reliable, organized and can multitask / prioritize with ease. Daily tasks include: Interacting / coordinating with co-workers, U-Haul International customers, U-Haul team-members / locations, and transportation companies via phone and email. Creating and Tracking Ocean Bookings Managing, tracking, and updating shipments and contracts in our internal software and transportation management system. Providing essential documents to U-Haul locations and carriers.
