This role focuses primarily on third-party insurance coverage matters, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on sophisticated coverage issues while maintaining the flexibility of a fully remote environment. The Role You will handle insurance coverage analysis and advisory work, including:
- Drafting detailed coverage opinions
- Analyzing complex insurance policy language and coverage disputes
- Advising insurers on third-party liability coverage issues
- Supporting coverage-related litigation and defense matters where required
- Collaborating with litigation teams on strategic coverage positions

Requirements
