Independent Customer Service Professional (1099) ​Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and independent individuals to join our team as Independent Call Center Agents. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, select your preferred clients, and operate within the framework of a Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon between you and your chosen client. This position is ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Selection: Choose clients based on your preferences and areas of expertise. Review and understand the client's Statement of Work to align with their policies and expectations. 2. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to the policies outlined in the Statement of Work for each client. Familiarize yourself with client-specific guidelines and maintain compliance throughout all interactions. 4. Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the client base. 5. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and navigating various computer systems, software, and communication tools. 6. Self-Management: Take ownership of your schedule, meeting client requirements for availability and responsiveness. Manage your time effectively to meet performance targets and deadlines. 7. Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from clients and incorporate it into your performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share insights with both clients and the management team. Qualifications: 1. Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma. 2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields is preferred. 3. Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the client base. 4. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and navigating various computer systems, software, and communication tools. 5. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and stay motivated to meet and exceed performance targets. 6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions. 7. Reliability: Demonstrate a commitment to reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedule commitments. Compensation and Certification Period: Compensation: As an Independent Call Center Agent, your pay will be determined based on the client you choose to work with. Different clients may offer varying compensation structures, allowing you to take control of your earning potential and maximize income based on your preferences and performance. Certification Period: Agents will be compensated for Certification Training at a rate that is approximately half of the client’s Production pay rate. Certification hours are only paid upon the successful completion of all required modules, assessments, and client-specific certification steps. Performance Expectations and Contractual Agreement: Commitment to Excellence: Your commitment to excellence is crucial in maintaining a thriving partnership between you, your clients, and our hiring company. Performance Expectations: Adhering to client policies, providing outstanding customer service, and meeting performance targets are integral to maintaining a positive and productive relationship. While you have the opportunity to service multiple clients simultaneously, please ensure that you do not schedule servicing times concurrently to uphold the quality and efficiency of your interactions. Contractual Agreement: Failure to meet the expectations set forth in the agreement, including those of your chosen clients, could result in a breach of contract and, regrettably, termination of the agreement. Servicing Multiple Clients: You have the flexibility to service multiple clients, maximizing your earning potential. However, it is important to manage your schedule responsibly to deliver high-quality service to each client individually. Client Selection Timeline: To ensure a seamless onboarding process, we encourage you to choose your client within 30 days of successful onboarding. This timeframe is crucial for a timely start to your independent contractor agreement. Failure to choose a client within this period may result in the termination of your agreement with us. Contract Termination and Replacement Clients: In the event that your client terminates your contract, and if the reason for termination is not flagrant, you will have 30 days to find a replacement client if you are not actively servicing one. We understand that circumstances can change, and this grace period provides an opportunity for you to secure a new client seamlessly. Your agreement with us will be terminated promptly if your contract with any client is terminated due to misconduct or failure to maintain proper Commitment Adherence (Attendance).
