Job Summary
As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be the face of careerzynith, working closely with our customers to resolve their queries, investigate issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers to resolve their queries and investigate issues related to careerzynith products and services
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of careerzynith products and services, including technical and functional aspects
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell careerzynith products and services to customers
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve careerzynith products and services
- Develop and maintain best practices for customer support, including processes, procedures, and training materials
- Collaborate with peers to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to drive customer support excellence
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex products and services
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript), and experience with customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer requests and tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Knowledge of careerzynith products and services, including technical and functional aspects
- Experience with customer support software, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, etc.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop junior team members
- Experience with process improvement and change management, with the ability to drive process improvements and implement changes
