Position Overview We're seeking a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote | Performance-Based) to support our recruiting team by generating qualified leads and scheduling candidate appointments. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on outreach, not full-cycle recruiting. You'll serve as a first-point connector, engaging healthcare professionals, assessing their interest, and coordinating meetings with our recruiters. Compensation is entirely performance-based: you'll be paid for the value you deliver, scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful placements. Work as much or as little as you'd like, this is a flexible, output-driven opportunity ideal for self-starters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects, introduce MLR opportunities, and assess basic qualifications and interest.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange calls between candidates and MLR recruiters for further screening and job matching.
  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Maintain communication with leads, ensuring smooth handoff and continued interest.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update candidate data in our ATS/CRM system.
  • Recruitment Enablement: Earn commissions for each action that results in a successful meeting, interview, or hire.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, with excellent follow-through and organization
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
  • Experience in outreach, sales, recruiting, or healthcare staffing is a plus, but not required
