Global Recruiter, Fixed Term About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven, motivated, detail oriented bi-lingual Global Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the CHRO, you will bring your expertise and best practices to fill roles across our Operations or Tech sectors in the U.S and abroad. Must be fluent in speaking, writing and comprehending both Spanish and English. Here is more of what you’ll get to do: Collaborate with the global team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent Provide full life cycle recruiting support for the business Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent Protect and improve LeadVenture’s candidate experience Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company Influence senior leaders and act as a strategic talent thought partner You’ll thrive in this role if you have: At least 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate, startup or SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication practices while maintaining a professional on-camera presence. Experience full cycle recruiting for operations or technical roles. Technical expertise leveraging recruiting systems and tools. Ability to navigate, problem-solve and consult in any gray areas of recruiting processes and policies. Experience leveraging and analyzing recruiting data. Ability to work effectively with inter-department teams and building collaborative relationships with hiring managers. Experience with proactive sourcing techniques. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and with a team. Proven experience establishing priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Project management skills. Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues.
