Position Overview We are seeking a talented Fractional Graphic Designer & WordPress/Elementor Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role blends creative graphic design with technical web-building skills. You will craft visually stunning marketing materials and landing pages that speak directly to IDBA’s ideal client—the design-forward, success-driven interior designer. This is an independent, self-directed role. You’ll be trusted to scope tasks, estimate timelines, and deliver polished work without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, on-brand graphic assets including offers, lead magnets, social graphics, email headers, and promotional materials
- Build and maintain web pages using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring pixel-perfect execution of designs
- Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into compelling visual content aligned with IDBA’s aesthetic
- Collaborate with the IDBA team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging
- Independently scope incoming tasks: assess what’s involved, estimate time requirements, and meet deadlines
- Ensure all work reflects IDBA’s market positioning and appeals to high-end interior design clientele
- Iterate on designs based on team feedback in a timely and professional manner
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (page builder)
- Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating clean, professional, marketing-focused work
- Background in marketing and/or graphic arts
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro
- Ability to work independently—scope, plan, and execute tasks without close supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a small, focused team
- Reliable and responsive within agreed working hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with online education brands, coaching programs, or luxury/lifestyle businesses
- Familiarity with interior design industry aesthetics and target clientele
- Experience with email marketing design (e.g., ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Mailchimp)
- Basic understanding of SEO and conversion-focused design principles
What Success Looks Like Within the first 30 days, you’ll have delivered at least two polished web pages or graphic assets, demonstrated a clear understanding of the IDBA brand, and established a reliable workflow for receiving, scoping, and completing tasks on time. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:
