FL Title Examiner

Conduct thorough title searches: The FL Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting detailed title searches to ensure the accuracy and completeness of property titles. They will work to resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. Communicate with clients and stakeholders: The title examiner will be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding any title-related matters. Collaborate with team members: The title examiner will work closely with other members of the First American team, including attorneys, underwriters, and title agents.
