As a WFM Specialist in Customer Support at careerzynith, you will be responsible for optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance. Your primary focus will be on forecasting demand, managing scheduling, and monitoring service levels to ensure we meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You will analyze data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations, leveraging advanced workforce management tools and methodologies to develop strategies that improve performance metrics.

Forecasting & Scheduling: Analyze historical data and trends to accurately forecast call volumes and determine staffing needs for customer support teams.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor daily operations to ensure optimal staffing levels, adjusting schedules in real-time to meet changing demands.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of workforce management practices.

  • Compliance: Ensure all scheduling and workforce management practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • *Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Experience: Previous experience in workforce management, scheduling, or a related role within a customer service environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in using workforce management software and tools.
  • Skills:
