Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work-at-Home Data Entry/File Clerk. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, as well as assisting with file management and organization. This is a fully remote position, allowing for a flexible work schedule and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Data Entry/File Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter and maintain data in various systems and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • File Management: Assist with file management, including sorting, labeling, and organizing physical and digital files.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Discrepancy Identification: Identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues with data to the appropriate team members.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement efficient data entry processes and procedures.
  • Time Management: Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or file clerical work is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Typing and Data Entry Speed: Excellent typing and 10-key data entry speed and accuracy.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
