Job Summary

As a Shopify Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to entrepreneurs and small businesses through live chat on their websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot issues, guide customers through their purchasing process, and provide detailed product information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat customer support to entrepreneurs and small businesses through their websites and social media accounts
