Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for

• Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
• Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
• Working with a team to resolve customer issues and provide memorable and delightful experiences
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and efficient support
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

• Flexible to the needs of the business
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 18 years of age Equipment and Internet Requirements
• Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
• Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
