About the Position

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with our Technical Support and Product teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure new client accounts in the careerzynith platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and a positive customer experience.
  • Review and interpret data from various sources, ensuring accurate platform uploads and providing valuable insights to our customers.
  • Manage multiple customer account implementations simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Handle support cases in a high-volume environment with quick response times, providing timely updates to clients on project status.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Development teams to advocate for customer needs, driving product enhancements and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely updates to clients on project status, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 0-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume call center or customer support environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities, with experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Availability for East Coast shifts (8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, or 10AM-6PM EST), with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Located in the United States, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

While not required, experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, as well as high-volume call center or customer support experience, would be a significant advantage in this role.
