Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to clients and internal stakeholders, including data entry, email management, and phone support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
