Role Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Nuuly Temporary Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.

Expected Hours and Work Environment

The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being connected to our team and able to collaborate with colleagues in real-time.

Role Responsibilities

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner

  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business's bottom line
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met

Role Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role

  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the careerzynith brands, customers, and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Fluency in multiple languages
