Experienced Part-time Remote Data Entry Assistant – Finance Operations Support

The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant, you'll work closely with our Finance team to support the financial operations of our dental implant centers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and reconciling daily data received from each location into our Excel tracking sheet
  • Following up with center management to obtain missing documents/information as needed
  • Entering monthly patient feedback scores into the master case tracker
  • Reconciling data across multiple sources into a daily report to be given to the accounting manager
  • Collaborating with the sales and management team to ensure accuracy
  • Attending a weekly meeting with the accounting manager to check in and train as needed
  • Learning and training on new software and procedures as the need arises
  • Documenting new and existing policies and procedures
  • Assisting the accounting department with other tasks as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, including PivotTable experience
  • Data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong math and number skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with a team-oriented approach to communication
