Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in our company's database systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness prior to database entry
  • Conducting regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborating effectively with team members for precise data management
  • Assisting with additional clerical tasks as needed

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in a data entry role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • The ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Experience in accounts payable processing is advantageous

Work Schedule
