Job Description

We're seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Data Entry Clerks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. You'll work closely with other teams to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input and update data in the system

  • Review and verify data for accuracy
  • Assist with organizing and categorizing information
  • Perform regular data quality checks and maintenance
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Respond to data-related queries in a timely manner

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
