Job Summary
As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilize our modernized retail location framework to manage customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and freight services
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
- Process transactions, make change, and balance daily exchanges
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and baggage handling
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
- Perform other work-related tasks as directed by supervisors
Information, Abilities, and Competencies
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
- Willingness to learn and understand tagging methodology, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
- Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
- Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
- Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
- Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to convey information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment
