Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through online chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Proactively engaging with customers to offer assistance and product information
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First response time: 30 seconds or less

  • Resolution rate: 80% or higher
  • Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
  • Average handle time (AHT): 5 minutes or less

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
