Job Overview

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and customer-centric professional to join our remote team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through phone, email, and chat, ensuring comprehensive information is provided about our services and products.
  • Inside sales responsibilities: Engage in limited inside sales responsibilities, without the need for cold calling, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Prepare and submit proposals: Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals and customer inquiries promptly to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Order management and customer service: Efficiently manage orders and secure proof approvals while providing top-tier customer service to our clients.
  • Onboarding calls and client case management: Conduct onboarding calls for new clients to facilitate a seamless transition to our services and track and manage client cases for our loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Order tracking and issue resolution: Monitor customer orders and product shipments while promptly resolving any issues that arise, striving for a swift resolution.
  • Additional tasks: Perform additional tasks as required to support team objectives and drive business growth.

  • Customer interaction and telephone etiquette: Familiarity with best practices for customer interaction and telephone etiquette.
  • Direct mail marketing experience: Experience in direct mail marketing is advantageous.

Qualifications

We're open to candidates with post-secondary education or relevant work experience. Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is an asset, but not mandatory.
