Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Reservationist and Client Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in booking accommodations, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service throughout their travel journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reservation Management: Book accommodations for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and tailored to their preferences
• Client Assistance: Provide personalized support before, during, and after their travels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Booking and Coordination: Handle reservations for hotels, resorts, and other lodging options, including modifications and cancellations

Sales Responsibility
