Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI research and development. You'll work closely with our team of experts to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Your expertise will be essential in defining and operationalizing key metrics, designing and executing A/B tests, and creating data-driven dashboards that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the AI research team to design and develop AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and innovation
- Define and operationalize key metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI-powered solutions
- Design and execute A/B tests to inform business decisions and optimize AI-powered solutions
- Create data-driven dashboards and reports to empower the team and organization to make informed decisions
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and machine learning models using Python and SQL
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure seamless integration of AI-powered solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably as an establishing data scientist or product researcher at a hyper-growth tech company or research organization
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions using Python and SQL
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with large language models, generative AI, and NLP
- Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop and deploy complex machine learning models
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
