Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the pharmacy operations team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy operations team to ensure seamless data entry and processing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data entry processes and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or computer science)

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Current pharmacy license or certification

  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and management
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
