Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data Insights team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and communicating insights to stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities for growth, optimize business processes, and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain complex data models, including ETL pipelines and data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and innovation
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL and ETL processing
- 3+ years of experience in scientific programming, including Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other similar platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of data governance and quality processes
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker or Chartio
