Job Summary
As a Freight and Logistics Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods and cargo around the world. You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while working collaboratively with our team to drive success. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and freight operations
- Process and manage customer orders, including tracking and updating status
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and order status
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in freight and logistics, including cargo and distribution center activities
- Writing and computer skills, including proficiency in logistics software and systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
