As a Remote Chat Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with expert advice and support to help them achieve their goals. Your role will be to:

• Welcome and engage with clients in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide expert advice and support to help clients achieve their goals
• Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
• Offer travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle suggestions to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
• Provide travel counsel and make reservations as needed
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless client experiences

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium client environment
• Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience is a plus, including reservation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to client needs and concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and ability to adapt to new technology
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks
