We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our remote data entry team. As a key member of our online business customer care office, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. Key Responsibilities
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Possessing bilingual skills in Spanish and English (an asset)
Essential Qualifications

- Strong PC skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
