Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our direct marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various campaigns, working closely with our marketing team to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update data related to direct marketing campaigns, ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage anniversary calendars and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Communication and Customer Support: Provide timely communication with team members, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or above required; experience in data entry/CSR preferred, but not necessary.
