Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As an e-File Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by careerzynith. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities
As an e-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- The ability to read, write, and speak English
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
