Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, are self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies
  • Develop and implement efficient data processing procedures to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills (25+ words per minute)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software, systems, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data analysis software, such as SQL or data visualization tools
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare, warehouse, or customer service environment
