Job Overview
As a Data Entry Associate - Remote, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients through document review and data entry. Your work will make a significant difference in the organization you support, and you'll have the opportunity to provide successful administration support. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate - Remote, your responsibilities will include:
- Capturing and validating data that may be more complicated than standard requests
- Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
- Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing
- Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
- Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
- Providing great customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- The ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A great attention to detail
- The ability to be organized and multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
