Job Summary

careerzynith is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our remote team as a Data Entry and Form Filling Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring precision and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary.
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Complete form filling tasks promptly and efficiently, adhering to deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective communication and support for data-related projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to data entry tasks.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with data management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Working Hours and Availability

This is a flexible remote position; however, candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability for occasional overtime may be required based on workload.

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and responsibilities as needed.
