Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Document Management Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for updating file names, reviewing and verifying metadata, organizing folder structures, and performing other tasks as identified. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and document management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Update file names and ensure standardized naming format is applied

  • Review each document and confirm or remediate metadata across the following fields:

+ Internal Party + Counterparty + Relationship Type + Contract Type + Key Relationship Indicator + Internal Signer + Scheme

  • Examine all documents in the category of Invoices to assess whether there is legal importance and flag items to delete when no legal importance is found
  • Review all documents lacking execution and flag for deletion as appropriate
  • Organize folder structure and folder contents
  • Perform other tasks as identified

Required Skill Set

* High attention to detail with very low error rate

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Proficient with highly organized data entry
  • Prior experience working with legal documents strongly preferred
  • Technically proficient in file organization & document tools (MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, Standard Web Tool Navigation (CLMs and traditional SaaS websites)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry and document management (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in document verification (Preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in legal research (Preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience with MS Office and Adobe (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
