About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. Your role will be integral to our clients' success, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client issues, including identification of root cause and issue resolution.
  • Exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses, and overall customer experience.
  • Promote creative thinking beyond existing industry standard practices to come up with process improvements.
  • Provide technical mentoring to careerzynith clients and educate the team on prominent product information, releases, bugs, and status updates.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for customer success and experience, with a focus on putting the customer first.

  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume caseload.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, even in stressful situations.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and B2B SaaS environments.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or contact center environment.
