Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts.
  • Providing detailed information about careerzynith products and services.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Experience

No prior experience is required; freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
