Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support to our customers, including clinicians, clinical staff, laboratory staff, and administrators. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Provide empathetic, solution-oriented support to customers, reflecting a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including Sales, Product, Lab, Billing, and Operations teams, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely communication.
  • Manage orders through review reports and/or dashboards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support case resolution for assigned orders, utilizing information from pathology reports and other relevant clinical documents.
  • Maintain consistent documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Balance workload while meeting responsiveness and resolution benchmarks, prioritizing work based on urgency and customer impact.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow or experience improvements, sharing insights from the field to contribute to product development and service enhancements.
  • Approach every interaction with empathy, patience, and a genuine focus on the customer experience.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully, both in writing and verbally, delivering professional telephone, email, and instant message etiquette.
  • Actively listen and tailor responses to different customer profiles and needs.
  • Proactively use a problem-solving mindset to seek solutions and follow through to ensure resolution.
  • Embrace change and remain resilient in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and multitasking skills within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Conflict resolution oriented and highly effective at overcoming obstacles.

Education and Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within the healthcare or clinical reference laboratory industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous sales support experience is preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of clinical data and the ability to convey sales and marketing messages.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices and sales principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Zendesk is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive salary, ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other factors to be discussed during the interview process. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide enticing benefits, including:
