Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued passengers. You'll respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist passengers with booking, reservations, and general flight information, and resolve issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. You'll also collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience and stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and general flight information, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate conflicts and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring that all customer interactions are informed and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
