What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolving escalated or complex customer issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing product and service knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, and usage
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and productivity tools
- High-speed internet access (15 Mbps or higher)
