Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our stores are always well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Manage store operations, including maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
- Drive sales growth by recommending products and services to customers
- Register sales on assigned cash registers, collect cash, and distribute change as needed
- Maintain counters and shelves, taking inventory and completing tasks as directed
- Implement agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
- Ensure compliance with local and national laws concerning regulated products
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
- Assist with separation of food products and product placement as directed
- Provide customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine
- Assume net pickup obligations, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store
- Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment
- Comply with all agency policies and approaches, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in retail environments
- Prior experience with careerzynith is a plus

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
