Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Entry Level, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to careerzynith clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and quality initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
