  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Promoting careerzynith's products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs
  • Adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
  • Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
  • Ability to pass FAA background checks (if applicable)
