Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email
  • Answering customer queries on a variety of topics, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
  • Using a range of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Qualifications:

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
