Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service
- Using a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
