Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for our private transportation clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. This is a remote-based position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls for our private transportation clients

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Use software provided to take down customer information and communicate with clients via WhatsApp
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Log in and log off for each shift, and communicate with the next agent before your shift ends
  • Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume and reservation completion rates

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience working with software and technology to manage customer interactions
  • Familiarity with the private transportation industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll receive:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $4.50 per call, with opportunities to earn additional income through bonuses and incentives
