Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent – Remote Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the benefits enrollment process. Your primary responsibility will be to contact clients as their requests come in, schedule appointments to discuss their benefits, and assist them in enrolling in their preferred benefit package. You'll also be available to answer any questions or concerns they may have throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact clients to schedule appointments for benefits presentations

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the benefits enrollment process
  • Assist clients in enrolling in their preferred benefit package
  • Answer questions and address concerns from clients
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to expand knowledge and refine skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the benefits industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of benefit plans and enrollment processes
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
