About the Job

As a Customer Project Designer at careerzynith, you'll be a generalist, working on a wide range of design tasks, including creating mockups, implementing design in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and collaborating with clients to implement custom themes and components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with enterprise clients on 16 and 40-hour customization packages to deliver tailored design solutions that meet their unique needs and expectations.
• Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
• Maintaining client-specific design requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the design process.
• Implementing large batches of design changes to existing client themes and components, leveraging your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Developing new open-source themes for careerzynith communities during quieter periods, showcasing your creativity and design skills.
• Providing exceptional support on our Meta forum and via email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in implementing design solutions using these technologies.
• Familiarity with EmberJS or similar JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interpret brand guidelines and implement conforming design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with design software like Figma or Sketch, with a strong portfolio of design work that showcases your skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with building themes for careerzynith is a plus, but not required.
