  • Celebrate your achievements and milestones with our team The Role Customer Operations Specialist – Workers Compensation Claims As a Customer Operations Specialist – Workers Compensation Claims, you will play a critical role in investigating, billing, and maximizing payments on medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of our clients (hospitals and medical providers). Your primary responsibilities will include
  • Making high-volume, outbound calls to investigate and resolve troubled and/or denied workers' compensation claims
  • Submitting bills and proper documentation to the insurance company or payer, ensuring maximized payments to our clients
  • Reviewing information/documentation provided by the payer to determine the next steps
  • Contributing to team goals and objectives through participation in special projects
  • Maintaining strong performance metrics in a fast-paced environment Training and Support Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. You'll receive
